- Erect safety scaffolding around the property for the duration of the work
- Carefully remove and dispose of the ridge tiles, roof tiles, laths and felt
- Check all roof timbers and current insulation levels and advise accordingly
- Remove the lead work from all the valleys and replace with new Code 4 lead
- Carefully remove and dispose of all guttering and downspouts and fit new black plastic guttering and downspouts
- Fit new fascia ventilation and eve support trays
- Felt the roof using fully breathable roof felt to meet BS5534 requirements
- Lath the roof using treated, graded laths to meet BS5534 requirements
- Carefully grind out the old cement work from all the chimney stacks and remove the existing flaunching
- Re-launch and repoint all chimney stacks
- Tile the roof using a clay tile to best match the original (sample available)
- Remove the lead work from around all the chimney stacks and replace with new Code 4 lead
- Fit new ridge tiles using a dry ridge system
- Remove the scaffolding and all debris from site
