- Erect safety scaffolding around the property for the duration of the work
- Carefully remove and dispose of the existing roof stone, laths and felt
- Felt the roof using fully breathable roofing felt to meet BS5534 requirements
- Lath the roof using treated graded laths to meet BS5534 requirements
- FIt new lead work to all the valleys
- TIle the roof using Bradstone conservation roof slates
- Fit new lead panels work to all the dormers cheeks
- Remove the lead work from around the chimney stack and replace with new Code 4 lead
- Fit new FlexiTec GRP system to the dormer roofs
- Fit new ridge tiles
