Beddard Roofing carried out this new build slate roof installation in Mellor, Stockport, at a property on Longhurst Lane. The project combined Cupa H18 slate roofing with new roof windows, leadwork and a GRP flat roof section.
- Fit new fascia ventilation and eave support trays
- Fit new code 4 lead to the valleys
- Fit 2 mk08 velux windows
- Felt the roof direct to the rafters using TLX batsafe membrane
- Lath the roof using treated, graded roofing lath to meet current BS5534
- Fit Kytun dry verge system to all gables
- Slate the roof using a Cupa H18 slate
- Fit all vent and bat access tiles as per the drawing
- Fit new galaxy clay ridge tile
- The flat roof section is to be covered using flexi-tec 20/20 grp
- Remove all debris
