Beddard Roofing was commissioned to perform work on this beautiful property on Werneth Rd, Woodley. The points below detail how we approached the project, ensuring the timeline was met with great customer satisfaction.

• Carefully remove and dispose of the ridge tiles, roof tiles and the old lath
• Check all roof timber and current insulation levels and advise
• Fit new fascia ventilation and eave support trays
• Felt the roof using a fully breathable roofing felt to meet current BS5534
• Lath the roof using treated, graded roofing lath to meet current BS5534
• Remove the leadwork from the valleys and replace with new code 4 lead
• Tile the roof using a classic red rosemary clay tile (other samples available)
• Fit new arris hip tiles to all hips
• Remove the leadwork from around the chimney stacks and replace with new code 4 lead
• Fit new ridge tiles using a dry fix system
• Fit the old roof finials
• The independent outbuilding is to be stripped and reroofed to the same specification as the main roof
• Remove all debris
